WORK work WORK

I hate my job. I didn't have a problem with it till the new store manager started to change things to the way his old store was (and fyi his old store was a different company). The store is Alco, it is like a Kings, or a old mom and pops shop (well a little bigger). The store that he came from is Home Depot, a large store in a large town. The man trys to change everything to the store that he ran, but he dosent lesten to what the people that have lived here all there lives tell him.

He trys to push everyone over the edge, except the few people he likes. He gives them all the time in the world to do what they need and what the want to do. I used to be the store's receiving person. I had to scan in anyting and everything that cam into the store. This includes some things that come in off the Company truck, anything that the venders bring in (Coke, Pepsi, Wonder Bread, ect).

He came in the store and in the first few weeks had me moved from 40 hours a week to about 25 - 27 hours a week. Then when I can't get all the things scaned in that comes in because I dont have the time I used to have, he would get mad and start blaming everything on me, or on the people that I work with.

The other day he came in and told me that the store is no longer going to have a receiving person, that the company is getting rid of the postition. I just looked at him and said "OK". From what I heard that mad him mad that I didn't get mad about the whole thing. He sense has not said a word to me about the old job, and I have done the new things with out anything that he can complain about. One of the other managers has told me that he is gunning for me, and that he is not happy that he has not been able to come up with a reason to get rid of me.

I have been considering calling HR and the Corporate office about everything, but dont know what good it will do. So I decided that I needed to vent to try to get a clear head, so that is why I decided to write it all here.
